Karon Webb, Realtor®

Karon is a native of St. Louis, MO, but lived in northern Virginia for most of her adult life.  Her 36 year career with the Department of Defense culminated with her position as Deputy Director Human Resources with the Defense Logistics Agency.  She retired in March 2014.  She and her husband purchased their first property in the Southport area in 2003.  They spent many vacations in the area, and after their retirement, they purchased a home in St. James and began dividing their time between that home and their home in northern Virginia.  She has always been interested in real estate, and decided to get her real estate license in 2020.  She and her husband now live in St. James on a full time basis and enjoy the many amenities it has to offer.  She is excited to help her clients find the perfect home, and begin living the coastal North Carolina lifestyle.
